I requested four quotes for a job recently and the owner responded to my email (sent late at night) at 7:30am the next day with a much lower price than the rest of the quotes I received.
I always have used a one man repair man after being taken by a big company 20 years ago. My one man repair men have gotten too busy. I needed a repair done by the 4th of July. Saw Ease Plumbing truck yesterday and happened to be behind it for several minutes. It said 100% employee owned. Checked out their website.
Before I luckily found ease plumbing, I called two other places that never returned my calls! As soon as I dialed ease plumbing my call was answered right away. They sent Logan the very next day. This young man is so knowledgeable and did a great job disposing of my old toilet and installing the new.
I called them with an emergency need because I rent my house on short term rental site and my guests had a wedding to get ready for. They came as soon as they could within 3 hours and fixed it in time for guests to get showers. It was a water filter clog and they changed it and had parts with them. Courteous and the cost $$ great
